Karl Logan, guitarist for American metal band Manowar, has been arrested and released on bail for allegedly possessing child pornography.
The Blast reports that 53-year-old Logan was arrested in Charlotte, North Carolina and charged with six counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
A spokesperson for the Mecklenburg County Sheriffs Office told The Blast that a warrant for Logan’s arrest was issued back in August, before he was booked into the local jail.
Logan, who joined Manowar in 1994, had his bail set at $35,000, but has since been bonded out.
Manowar are currently in the middle of their farewell world tour, and only recently asked Australian fans to help make a local tour happen.
The band released its latest studio album The Lord of Steel in 2012.
