19-year-old Perth woman, Hannah Valentine, plead guilty to 28 counts of fraud after forging festival and concert tickets to over 100 people.

These 28 counts are in addition to a previous 22 counts she had plead guilty to. Overall, she’s been charged with 59 counts of obtaining a benefit by fraud, and is yet to enter into pleas for the remaining nine charges.

According to ABC, Valentine cried throughout yesterday’s proceedings and her defence lawyer says she takes full responsibility for the crimes she committed. She has reportedly already worked to pay back some of the people she scammed, and is planning to do the same with the remainder of victims.

Police have alleged that Valentine made thousands of dollars from selling fraudulent festival and concert tickets, including Post Malone and Listen Out, and she did so under a series of aliases.

WA Police were handed the matter after Victorian police received two complaints of fraudulent sales involving Valentine.

She was granted bail and is set to appear in court again on July 15, where she will likely receive her sentence.
