Written by Sam Murphy on December 15, 2016

Brisbane festival The Mountain Goat Valley Crawl which takes over Fortitude Valley has announced its 2017 lineup/

The free festival features a bill of local legends headed by hip-hop trio Butterfingers who will be playing on-stage together for the first time since 2010.

It will be the start of a big year for the group whose last album came out in 2006. They’re gearing up to release a new album and will unleash something from that in early 2017.

Brisbane psych-rockers Moses Gunn Collective will also be playing alongside Sydney duo Polish Club and Brissy rockers WAAX.

Mallrat, Alice Ivy and Gill Bates will also be taking over the valley.

The Zoo, Woolly Mammoth, Brightside, The Foundry and Black Bear Lodge will all host gigs on the day, basically accounting for the whole of Fortitude Valley.

It won’t cost you a cent to check out the bands, so there’s really no excuse.

Check out the lineup below.
