The collaborative project between Silverchair’s Daniel Johns and Empire Of The Sun’s Luke Steele has been teased for years and years but it looks like we may finally be getting the first full taste.
Under their new band name Dreams, the pair are teasing new music with a video that reveals the date Friday, 16th March.
The video also previews what seems to be a new song and potentially the first full song the duo have released together.
Earlier in the year, after they were announced on the Coachella bill, they announced their arrival with a clip of new music. That clip sounds like it’s teasing the same song as these latest clips.
Johns hasn’t been totally quiet this year in the lead-up to Dreams. He features multiple times on Aussie producer What So Not’s debut album Not All The Beautiful Things. Meanwhile, Steele’s last release was Empire Of The Sun’s On Our Way Home EP, released last year.
