Lana Del Rey Is Selling Her Poetry Book For $1

While we anticipate Lana Del Rey‘s upcoming 2019 album, she has revealed that she has written a poetry book in the meantime and is selling it for one measly dollar.

The self-published book is titled Violet Bent Backwards Over The Grass, and will be bound by her own hand. She has asked her Instagram followers if they know of any “mom-and-pop SoCal/San Fran book stores that are interested” so she can personally deliver it to them. No word yet on whether she’ll later release the book online.

She has been posting teaser poems online this week, with one titled ‘Quiet Waiter-Blue Forever.’

As for why the incredibly limited edition book will set you back only a dollar, LDR has given a pretty simple explanation – “because my thoughts are priceless.”

Lana’s new album, Norman Fucking Rockwell, is the follow up to 2017’s Lust For Life and is set for release on Friday, 29th March.
