On October 26th Dr. Jose Antonio Abreu will receive the Glenn Gould Prize for his contributions to music education in his homeland Venezuela. El Sistema, the music teaching system he developed now includes hundreds of thousands of kids .. and is one of the most successful programs ever developed for helping children from all backgrounds
